Create a poker Video?

I have to record and comment some of my poker sessions (online) for a site. What is the best tools for me to do so? Can I record it with my webcam? Digital Camera? I want it to be clear.

    oh i just saw.. you can use a camera, though it would be better to just capture the feed from the computer and record your voice through a mic. look into river past, they have a suite of stuff that can do this kind of editing..

    well they have dedicated software like camtasia studio .. or u could do the old webcam trick i guess ..
