  at least 3 people maybe 6 months. the more guys the shorter it takes. you would need the following people:
  Coder:writes game coding
  Design:How the game runs, buttons and interface
  Graphics:Responsible for the art textures of the game

  I built a Texas Hold-em game on a mac once on my own. no graphics it was all text based but it worked and it killed alot of time.
